FAQ

What does a BEX project restriction mean?

BEX project restrictions are manual moderation actions used when TokenOps admins have reviewed evidence of suspicious activity, abuse, impersonation, compromised control, malicious links, payment abuse, or a related platform-risk issue.

A restriction is separate from BEX verification, authority signals, safety checks, burns, boosts, and paid visibility. It is not an automated investment rating and it does not reveal private evidence.

What a public warning means

If a public warning appears on a project or mint page, admins have chosen to show a notice because the case is relevant to public interaction. The warning level and text are manually set by admins.

Typical effects can include:

What it does not mean

A warning does not prove every token holder, community member, or historical transaction is malicious. It also does not replace your own due diligence.

What project teams can do

If you believe a restriction is wrong or outdated, contact TokenOps/BEX admins with clear evidence, official links, and the wallet or project identity you want reviewed.
