Privacy Policy - Burn Event Bot
Last updated: December 2025
Burn Event Bot is a Telegram bot designed to execute, simulate, and report token burn events. This policy explains what data is processed and why.
1. Data processed by the bot
- Telegram user IDs and chat IDs (to respond to commands and send notifications)
- Project identifiers and configuration data provided by users
- Blockchain transaction identifiers (e.g. Solana transaction signatures)
The bot does not collect personal profile data such as names, phone numbers, photos, or contacts.
2. Purpose of processing
- Execute or simulate token burns
- Verify on-chain transaction status
- Send burn notifications to configured Telegram chats
- Prevent abuse (e.g. multiple trial usage)
3. Data storage
Configuration and event data may be stored to operate correctly. Data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
4. Third-party services
The bot uses blockchain RPC endpoints to verify transactions. No personal data is shared beyond what is required for the transaction checks.
5. User control
You can stop using the bot at any time. Removing the bot from a chat stops processing for that chat.
6. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the bot changes. Updates will be published here.
