Why promotions are not in Activity

Activity is reserved for factual burn and verification events.

Promotions are excluded because:

• They are paid visibility, not on-chain facts.
• They would dilute the trust signal of the Activity feed.
• Ads belong in the advertising surfaces, not the Activity timeline.

If you want to highlight a launch, use the Advertising Hub instead.
