Why Preparation fails when the burn wallet is empty

Preparation includes a burn feasibility preflight. If the burn wallet has zero tokens for the mint, the simulation cannot proceed.

Fix:

1. Send a small amount of the token to the burn wallet.
2. Rerun Preparation to confirm the preflight passes.
3. Run Proof of Burn Capability when ready.
