Does Pre-Launch Registration mean a project is safe?
Version V0.0.1
No. Pre-Launch Registration is not a safety guarantee.
It means BEX has a timestamped intent record that was submitted before a detected or manually confirmed launch. That can be useful because external copy tokens cannot retroactively create the same BEX timestamped intent record.
It can also support earlier discovery and research because the registered intent can later be compared against the live mint, wallet evidence, launch structure, and public claims.
It still does not prove:
- that the project will launch;
- that the launch mint is legitimate;
- that the team is trustworthy;
- that token economics are safe;
- that the project has passed KYC;
- that users should buy or interact with the token.
Early launches are high-risk. Always do your own research, compare official project channels, inspect wallet and authority data, and treat paid visibility or prelaunch presence separately from verification.
