What happens when impressions are consumed

When a campaign has delivered all purchased impressions:

• The campaign stops serving once remaining impressions reach zero.
• The system can send a notification to the project owner (once).
• You can buy another pack to continue serving.

This notification is idempotent and will not spam; it records a consumedNotifiedAt timestamp.
